Evangelica Itinerary – 9 days, 8 nights
DAY ONE: ARRIVE IN ISRAEL,
Our representatives will met you and walk you through customs. We’ll then drive you to the hotel in Tiberias for dinner and overnight stay

DAY TWO: NAZARETH, GOSPEL TRAIL, SEA OF GALILEE,
On this day we will start with the Gospel Trail at the Mt of Precipice at Nazareth. The Gospel Trail offers the opportunity to discover the cradle of Christianity by experiencing both physically and spiritually the same biblical landscapes and sites of the Galilee where Jesus and his disciples once walked. The Gospel road is about 60 kilometers, but we will walk about one hour down the mountain. Once we will make our way down we will see a wonderful view of Jezreel Valley. Then we will proceed to Mount of Beatitudes (where Jesus taught “The Sermon on the Mount”) and then we will visit the Church of Multiplication in Tabgha (where Jesus preformed the miracle of the Loaves and Fishes) and we will do the renewal of vows at St Peter of Primacy. Then we will proceed to Capernaum, the town of Jesus. After that we will sail on the Sea of Galilee. We will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY THREE: GOLAN HEIGHTS
We’ll start our day at The Golan Heights we will visit the Banias or the Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed Christ: “You are the Christ, the son of the living God.” (Matthew 16:15-16) and then we will proceed to Mount Bental. The Mount Bental overlook is beautiful and provides stunning views of Mount Hermon and the Golan. Located in the Golan Heights, Mount Bental is 1,170 meters above sea level. The road to the top has recently been repaved and tourist facilities have been renovated and rebuilt. In a region where much is inaccessible to tourists due to restrictions on non-military traffic and poor roads, Mount Bental offers a rare and rewarding sight. The overlook is managed by Kibbutz Merom Golan, the first Kibbutz established in this region after the 1967 war. From the overlook one can see Mount Hermon (3,000 meters above sea level), several Druze villages as well as a network of old bunkers and trenches. Just to the east of Mount Bental is Syria, with Damascus lying just 60km away.
Then we will proceed to Golan Olive Oil Mill and Visitor’s Center, during the olive-harvest season (which begins in October), visitors can watch as olive oil is produced. The entire process, from crushing to bottling, is open to the public, and eventually, tourists will even be able to participate in the harvest itself. We will end our day at The Golan Winery for tour and taste. We will drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY FOUR: ZIPPORI, TEL MEGIDDO, MT. CARMEL, CAESAREA
We’ll visit one of the most amazing water system found in the archeological site of Tel Megiddo. From here we’ll observe the valley of Armageddon (Revelation 16:14-16). We’ll visit Mount Carmel where the biblical story of the confrontation between Prophet Elijah and the Ba’al prophets took place and overlook the Jezreel Valley. We’ll continue to Caesarea, a Roman city with many archeological findings such as the theater, the public bath, the hippodrome and the city gate. We’ll enjoy the new exhibitions of the city which date to Roman times. We’ll drive to dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.

DAY FIVE: JERUSALEM,
Our morning starts Drive to Bethlehem and visiting the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, the birth place of Christ and the Shepherd’s field. We will drive to the Mount of Olives with a breathtaking panoramic view of Jerusalem. The day continues with visits to the sites that will help us understand the Lord’s prophecy about Jerusalem: The Chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Christ prophesied the destruction of Jerusalem (Luke 19:41), The Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:39-53)
We will proceed to visit sites on Mt. Zion: the Gallicantu Church which was built over the ruins of the Palace of Caiaphas, the High Priest before whom Jesus was brought for trial (Mark 14: 53-65). We’ll visit the Tomb of King David and have communion in the Upper Room – the site that commemorates Jesus’ last meal with his disciples.
Return to hotel for dinner.

DAY SIX: OLD CITY JERUSALEM
Our day will begin with an exciting tour to the site where much of the Bible was written, the City of King David. Here archeologists found King Hezekiah’s 2,700 year old water tunnel, one of the wonders of early engineering, and the seal impression of Jeremiah, son of Shaphan, possibly the scribe of King Zedekiah (Jeremiah 36:10). Visit Church of St. Anne and Bethesda where Christ healed the paralyzed man (John 5).We will the proceed to Ecce Homo believed to be the place where Pilat gave Christ out to the crowds to be judged, we will continue our journey through the Via Dolorosa (The Way of the Cross). In the Jewish Quarter, we’ll explore the Roman Cardo, the Madaba Map, the Western Walland then we will drive to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
After dinner: special lecture by a well known official figure about Israel current geo politic issues

DAY SEVEN: ST GEORGE MONASTRY, KASER EL YAHUD, QUMRAN, DEAD SEA
We will then drive to Kaser El Yahud, This baptismal site is the one with the oldest tradition for being the place where Jesus got baptised by John the Baptist in the Jordan River (Matthew, 3: 13-17). We’ll continue to Qumran to hear the amazing story of the Dead Sea Scrolls’ discovery.
Arrive at Massada, the last outpost of the Jewish Zealots, who committed mass suicide rather than surrender to the Romans in the 1st century.
We will then proceed to the Dead Sea to swim in the Dead Sea and to enjoy the sun and the famous healthy mud. We return for dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.

DAY EIGHT: YAD VASHEM, ISRAEL MUSEUM, GARDEN TOMB
After breakfast we will visit Yad VaShem the Holocaust of Museum
We will drive to the Israel Museum to visit the Shrine of the book, home of the Dead Sea Scrolls and The Model of Jerusalem, the famed 1:50 model of the way the Holy City looked in Jesus’ day
We will drive then to the Garden Tomb for a tour and communion.

DAY NINE: EMMAUS, JAFFA, AIRPORT
We will drive to Emmaus and we will drive to Jaffa we’ll tour the charming alleys of the old city of Jaffa and visit the square where the Church and Monastery of Saint Peter reside.
Then drive to the airport for our night flight back.
